I know, it might sound a little illogical or nonsense, but imagine this:

They departed from Long Beach (California) June 1, 2008 and after sailed 2, 000 miles (4 184 km) and expended 87 days in that JUNK Marcus Eriksen and Joel Paschal arrived 27 August 2008 to Alai Wai (Honolulu)
Their main objective: call attention to this pollution problem. Did you know that it is more difficult to pollute the ocean than pollute the air, imagine how polluted the Ocean is even do we do not see it clearly if we are now suffering the consecuences of a polluted air.

The problem is that this amount of plastic has doubled its dimension in the past two decades.
So let’s make this trip worth it and stop polluting our oceans. Let’s think in alternative solution, since recycling doesn’t make any difference why do we continue producing and consuming plastic?

Dear Any,
Im not sure on which language to write at your blog. Your writting in english makes it a little bit more misterious and spicy yet our mother language is rich in feelings and expression. Even though I dont know if I should write in spanish or english Im writing everything in english up to now. Así que empezare a emplear la herencia de nuestro país para poder escribirte de una manera más cómoda y más profunda, aunque no ausente de mis errores de ortografía que me han perseguido desde que tengo memoria. Ya tu me diras en que prefieres que te escriba. Me parecio un acto de solidaridad y empatía por el planeta de lo más sorprendente. Hoy en día, desafortunadamente, las personas que conocemos no tienen conciencia de la grabedad del asunto y siempre creen que exageran los medios. Los cambios de clima en Monterrey son solo una muestra. Es triste ver como el legado que dejamos a nuestros hijos, nuestros nietos, nuestra semilla a traves del tiempo es un mundo lleno de problemas sociales, económicos, personales, emocionales y ecológicos. Creo que el problema no es el consumo de plásticos sino el desperdicio del mismo. Me gusta mucho que los temas de los que escribes son de carácter informativo y que a quien tiene los ojos de su mente abiertos puede digerirlos y con algo de iluminasión divina hacer algo al respecto. Pensando en tu propuesta se me ocurre que iniciemos actividades para hacer un cambio en lugares que lo necesitan. Hacer alguna propuesta oficial al gobierno o a los representantes regionales para iniciar una pequeña organización dedicada a esto. Ir a limpiar sonas que nadie limpia y sabemos que requieren ser limpiadas. Suena algo extrema la propuesta pero creo que si escribes de algo así no basta con escribirlo sino con tomar acción. Espero tu respuesta y si estas lista para emprender el reto, edelante. Sigue escribiendo que me gusto mucho lo que leí en tu blog. Falta más gente con una conciencia como la tuya.
